We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Log in to your account, go to Orders, and select Return—or email contact@ofnote.in. We arrange free pickup for eligible returns.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

Innerwear and clearance/sale items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless defective.
